Hi! Thanks for taking a moment to get to know me. This school year marks my 15th year at CHS. I am also a Clarksville Wildcat alum as well as most of my family and extended family. I graduated from APSU with a Bachelor's of Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Arts in Teaching. I graduated from Arkansas State University with a Specialist in Education Degree in Educational Leadership. I teach Introduction to Human Studies, Nutrition Across the Lifespan and Nutrition Science and Diet Therapy. Nutrition is something that I was unfamiliar with for a large part of my life simply due to lack of exposure. Once I was educated on the significance of good health and began to see physical and mental changes with my own body I was hooked.
