¡Hola! I am so happy to be a part of The Clarksville High School. This is my fifth year teaching at the high school level but I am not new to teaching Spanish. I began my studies and my career at Ohio University in Athens, OH. I continued to teach at other universities that include Illinois State University, University of Louisville, and Austin Peay State University. I had the opportunity to study abroad in Mérida, México. I was able to live with an amazing family allowing me to be immersed in the language and culture. My husband brought us here for Ft. Campbell but he has since retired. We stay busy with our four children. It is fun to hang out with them. Some of my favorite things include baseball, NPR, my church, baseball, listening to music, walking with my dog, and did I mention baseball? I look forward to the experiences I know I will gain from working here at CHS. I hope you will become as excited with Spanish as I am!
