Hello! My name is Madison Lockwood, and I’m a proud Clarksville native. This is my fourth year at Clarksville High School, and I’m thrilled to be teaching World and US history here at CHS. In addition to teaching, I also have the pleasure of serving as the coach for the CHS Dance Team and as a world history district lead teacher. I am also the Class of 2030 student council sponsor.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in May 2023. Most recently, I completed my Master of Arts in Teaching at Austin Peay State University in May 2025. When I am not teaching, I love to craft, read, and hike in national parks!

I’m looking forward to a fantastic school year with all of you. Go Wildcats!
