Hi! Thanks for taking a moment to get to know me. This school year marks my 16th year at CHS and 17th year with CMCSS. I am also a Clarksville Wildcat alum as well as most of my family. I graduated from APSU with a Bachelor's of Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Arts in Teaching. I went on to graduate from Arkansas State University with a Specialist in Education Degree in Educational Leadership. I teach Introduction to Human Studies, Nutrition Science and Diet Therapy, Work Based Learning for Student Nutrition Coaches and oversee Dual Enrollment for Nutrition and Medical Terminology at Nashville State Community College. Nutrition is something that I was unfamiliar with for a large part of my life simply due to lack of exposure. Once I was educated on the significance of good health and began to see physical and mental changes with my own body I was hooked. I am excited for this new year and cannot wait to educate young people about the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

  • To me... coming to class is like going to work. Come to school everyday and be punctual.
  • Clean up after yourself.
  • Be accountable for your actions and words.
  • CELL PHONES should be off and away in class.
