I'm originally from Indiana. I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Southern Indiana and a second Baschelor's Degree in Education from Austin Peay State University. I worked for almost 10 years as a Senior Research Assistant at the University of Indiana and The University of Texas in San Antonio.
My husband has a PhD in Infectious Diseases and is the Chairman of the Biology Department at Austin Peay State University. We have two sons, Travis and Justin. Both boys attended CHS and also were on the baseball team.
I have loved math and science my whole life. My hobbies are spending time with family, camping, hiking,and gardening.
I currently teach Physical Science to 9th graders and Ecology to the upper classman.
